About Alex

Learning & Development Expert

Alex Cukier is a Learning & Development Consultant, Designer and Facilitator with 15 years of experience. She received her master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from CUNY Baruch in 2012 and has been reimagining employee learning ever since. 

Alex is on a mission to lighten the load for people managers through thoughtful learning experiences that build skills, boost employee engagement, increase retention and drive change. Her approach incorporates elements of human-centered design, adult learning theory and coaching leadership principles, plus a healthy dose of creative experimentation (read: lots of trial and error).

Her experience in the field of learning includes a diverse set of organizations, from Meta to Vice Media to Eileen Fisher, and many more.

In her free time she enjoys reading contemporary fiction (Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow anyone?), reenacting The Lion King with her toddlers and attempting to grow a backyard garden.
